Fran Soistman

Fran Soistman is the current CEO and Director at eHealth. Fran previously worked as the Executive Vice President and President of Government Services for Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Fran was responsible for driving the profitable growth of Aetna's Government Services businesses, which consisted of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medicare Supplement, Medicaid, Individual Consumer Business, and the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP).

Under their leadership, Aetna Medicare Advantage achieved national leader position among public companies for its 4.5 Medicare Stars performance with more then 77% of its MAPD Members enrolling in a 4.5 Star Plan. Fran also served as an Officer of Aetna and on the Executive Leadership Committee. Fran externally represented Aetna on the Healthcare Leadership Council, including serving as Treasurer and on the Executive Committee and Healthcare Transformation Task Force. Fran was one of three Aetna Executives retained by CVS following the transaction.

Dr. Fran Soistman earned their Doctor in Humane Letters from Towson University. Fran also attended Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where they completed the Executive Program. Dr. Soistman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Towson University.
