Hitesh Patel

Hitesh Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR operations and technology, currently serving as the Sr. Director of HR Operations and Technology at eHealth, Inc. since March 2022. Prior roles include Global Head of People Operations and Technology at Square, and Sr. Director of People Operations and Technology at Guidewire Software. Hitesh also held managerial positions at RMS and Logitech, and served in various HR systems roles at Electronic Arts, Corio, PeopleSoft, and Ernst & Young. Hitesh earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame, where studies took place from 1992 to 1996.
