Paul A. Sterling

Paul A. Sterling is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Innovation Roundtable, part of the World 50 Group, since March 2020. In this role, Paul oversees business operations and execution for various innovative health-related initiatives. Prior to this, Paul held significant leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare as Vice President of Emerging Products, and at AccentCare, Inc. as Vice President of Market Development, focusing on post-acute care and emerging technologies. Paul’s extensive background includes roles at Optum, where Paul directed strategies and operations across several divisions, and at Accenture, where Paul consulted on large-scale transformation initiatives. Paul earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
