Founded in 2010 to support Global Companies in implementing a smooth execution of global projects and making data-driven decisions.

At Ehlers Group, we specialize in managing the complex integration or carve-out of IT infrastructures during organizational change. Whether you’re acquiring, merging, or divesting business units, we ensure seamless IT transitions — aligning technology, people, and processes across borders.

With deep expertise in international project management and cross-functional coordination, we help global companies execute structural changes without disrupting operations.

* IT Integration for M&A
We align and consolidate IT infrastructure and non-ERP applications across newly combined entities. From user access and communication tools to local IT services, we manage the transition with minimal business disruption.

* IT Carve-Outs for Divestitures
When spinning off business units, we plan and execute the separation of IT assets — ensuring clean data segregation, independent infrastructure setups, and a smooth handover to the acquiring party or new entity.

* Global IT Project Management
We support multinational initiatives by coordinating global project teams and local IT. We ensure stakeholder communication and track local execution to stay aligned with global strategy.

* Site Assessments & Risk Analysis
Before any transition, we assess the current IT landscape, identify local constraints, and develop a detailed risk mitigation plan tailored to your specific structure and systems.

* IT Stabilization & Synergy Realization
After the TSA phase, we help the buyer identify synergies and reduce costs while assisting the seller with a thorough IT cleanup. We fine-tune systems, optimize performance, and ensure long-term stability for both integrated and separated environments.
