Kristina Norquist

Kristina Norquist is a Senior Financial Specialist at Ehlers with extensive experience in tax increment financing reporting, financial analysis, and municipal finance. Since joining Ehlers in September 2008, Kristina has been responsible for assisting clients with annual tax increment financing reporting, conducting reconciliations and quality control reviews, and forecasting financial needs for governmental funds. Previously, Kristina served as a Senior Accountant at UnitedHealth Group, handling statutory filings and financial audits, and started their career as an Accountant at Falls Agency. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
