Lena Büker

Lena Bailby is an experienced R&D Engineer and Technical Coordinator in the cosmetics industry, currently employed at LUXCOS since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team, sourcing and approving packaging, and leading formulation development for face and eye products. Prior roles include Formulation Chemist at Oriflame Cosmetics, overseeing the development of complex color cosmetics and promoting sustainable ingredients, Raw Material Chemist focused on raw material integrity and Halal certification, and internships in formulation and clinical testing. Lena holds a Master’s in Cosmetic Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of Montpellier, complemented by a technical degree from IUT d'Aix Marseille.
