Gregory Kypta has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Gregory began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Platoon Leader and later as an Operations Officer, responsible for managing daily operations. Following their military service, Gregory joined Caterpillar Inc., where they held several managerial roles, including Operations Supervisor, Human Resources Supervisor, and Quality Engineering Manager. Gregory was responsible for leading teams and ensuring quality manufacturing solutions. In 2020, Gregory joined Ehrhardt Automation Systems as the Vice President of Operations. Overall, Gregory has demonstrated strong leadership and managerial skills throughout their career.
Gregory Kypta obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in History/Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. This education was completed from 1997 to 2002. In addition, they obtained a certification in Safe Start from Caterpillar Inc. in March 2019.
