Bill Robertson

Bill Robertson currently serves as the COO at Peak Beverage and has been with EHS Recruiting Company since February 2016, holding the titles of Market Partner for Houston and Director of Operations. Prior to that, Bill held various executive roles at Ovation Brands, Steak n Shake, and Dave and Buster's. Bill's career has been focused on operations and management within the hospitality industry.
