Đào Thị Hải Ngọc began their work experience in 2011 at Mytour Vietnam, where they worked in sales for nearly eight years. In 2019, they transitioned to ezCloud Technologies Pte. Ltd, serving as Business Development Manager for a year until 2020. Currently, they work at EI Industrial as a Key Account Manager, starting in October 2021.

Đào Thị Hải Ngọc has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Trade Union University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Tran Hung Dao High School.
