Diễm Nguyễn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diễm currently works at Halana - Ecommerce B2B as a Brand Manager. Prior to this, they held the same role at Sun Group and was responsible for leading the brand marketing team. Diễm also worked at SSI Securities Corporation as a Marketing Communications Leader for four years. Diễm has experience in public relations, having been the Head of Public Relations at Egroup and the Deputy Head of Communications at Bảo Tín Minh Châu. Diễm also has a background in media, having worked as a Biên tập viên and MC at Kênh truyền hình AVG – An Ninh TV, Biên tập viên and MC - Voice Off at Kênh truyền hình VTC6 – Saigonchannel, and Biên tập viên at Yeah1 TV. Diễm started their career as a PR Executive at CMC Telecom Infrastructure - CMCTI and then worked as a Biên tập viên at Công ty Cổ phần Riva Việt Nam.

Diễm Nguyễn's education history consists of two academic experiences. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Học Viện Báo chí tuyên truyền – Hà Nội, where they pursued a Cao Học (Master's Degree) in Báo chí (Journalism). Prior to this, from 2006 to 2010, they attended Trường ĐH Khoa học xã hội và nhân văn, ĐH Quốc Gia TP.HCM, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Khoa báo chí và truyền thông (Journalism and Communication).
