Brittany Diederich

Brittany Diederich, MBA, serves as the Director of Construction Consulting at Eide Bailly LLP since September 2023, following a role as Boss at better deeds, where Brittany focused on enhancing business practices through stakeholder engagement. Brittany hosted the Business Lesbian project, interviewing influential individuals improving society through their work. As President of the North Dakota Construction Leadership Committee, Brittany co-founded a chapter for next-generation leaders to network and learn. Previous experience includes significant roles at Industrial Builders, Inc., such as Treasurer on the Board of Directors and Director of Finance and Administration, where Brittany led a team to standardize processes in a growing heavy highway construction firm. Brittany holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Construction Management from North Dakota State University.
