Trisha Karsting

Trisha Karsting has extensive experience in project management and contract administration, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at PPC Air Conditioning since March 2019 and as a Project Manager at Eide Industries, Inc. since July 2018. Trisha also holds the position of Contract Administrator at Eide Structures since April 2015 and previously worked as a Project Manager in Sales at Air Rental Inc. for a decade. Responsibilities include managing OSHPD and hospital construction projects, overseeing the design-build process, handling estimating and bidding, as well as contract administration, progress billing, project scheduling, and subcontract management. Trisha's skill set encompasses vendor cost management, submission processes, change orders, project safety management, and organizing project meetings. Trisha has an educational background from Cypress College.
