Steven M. Muskal

Dr. Steven Muskal has dedicated his career towards improving health, medicine, and general well-being. He is the founder of Sertanty, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Eidogen-Sertanty, has over 30 years of industry experience in research & development, marketing, and business development in the biopharmaceutical community. He established the EidoPro nutraceutical brand and serves on the Advisory Boards of Model Medicines and Mindgram. He is an expert in information management, artificial intelligence and neural network computing. He is a fitness enthusiast, plays beach volleyball, premier amateur baseball, and is a drummer in several bands.

Before establishing Sertanty, he served as Vice President of Informatics for Libraria, Inc., helping to secure financing while responsible for technology development and operational activity. Before joining Libraria, he served as Unit Director at the Affymax Research Institute and as a member of the Glaxo Wellcome Scientific Computing Board. At Affymax, he directed departments focusing on advanced technologies in parallel synthesis, lead optimization (ADME), and research computing. He held Product Manager, Senior Scientist, and Applications Scientist positions at Molecular Design Limited (MDL Information Systems) while designing, developing, and marketing chemical informatics software.

He received his Doctorate in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and his B.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines.
