Elin Kiw is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy and people engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at Eidra since October 2020, Elin plans and coordinates internal and external communication and marketing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen market positioning. Prior to this role, Elin was a People and Culture Manager within the People & Culture team, supporting various ARC group companies. Elin spent over a decade at Navigio, holding senior positions that involved Change Management, Communication & Training, and People Strategy. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Management Consultant at Accenture, specializing in Change Management and Organizational Performance. Elin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stockholm University and a High School Diploma in Social Sciences from Nacka Gymnasium.
