Mathias Lalande

Mathias Lalande is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Directeur régional de l'IDF at Eiffage Construction since October 2010. In this role, Mathias oversees eight construction companies in the Île-de-France region, managing a workforce of 2,100 employees. Previously, Mathias held positions such as Directeur régional - IDF2, Directeur d'Eiffage Construction Tertiaire, and Directeur de Pradeau Morin, showcasing significant leadership in residential and tertiary construction sectors. Prior to joining Eiffage, Mathias worked at Bouygues from March 1998 to September 2010, where roles included Directeur de Production and Chef de service travaux, involving high-value projects and commercial operations. Mathias began a career in the construction industry at the Ministère des Affaires étrangères, managing the Antenne Travaux in Ho Chi Minh Ville, Vietnam. Mathias is a graduate of ESTP, having completed studies in construction engineering from 1993 to 1996.
