H. Ibrahim KIZILER has extensive experience in the construction and rail industry, currently serving as stellv. techn. Niederlassungsleiter at Eiffage Rail since December 2019, overseeing operational units. Prior roles include Project and Construction Management at Swietelsky AG, where responsibilities involved overseeing project execution and subcontractor coordination, along with managerial duties as Geschäftsführer for the Turkey rail division. H. Ibrahim KIZILER also held the position of Technical Director at STRABAG, leading operations in Turkey and managing medium-sized construction projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Dipl.-Ing. in civil engineering from Universität Siegen, complemented by extensive practical training and internships in fine construction and surveying.
