Jessy Josephina

Jessy Josephina has a diverse professional background, currently serving as an Opleidingscoach at Infinity College and as an Adviseur for social initiatives at Kringwijs since August 2022. In addition, Jessy has been the Coördinator at Eigen Kracht Centrale since March 2012, where responsibilities include facilitating self-management and self-sufficiency for clients by activating their social networks and supporting them in developing future plans. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Ahold Delhaize in Warehousing & Logistics, where involvement extended from March 1996 until April 2022, including participation in the ondernemingsraad. Jessy holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and has obtained various certifications related to coordinating family group conferences and internal job coaching for individuals facing barriers to employment.
