Maggie K. has several years of work experience in various industries. Maggie started their professional career as a Cashier at Shaw's Supermarkets in 2012, where they assisted customers with checkouts, helped them find items in the store, and restocked shelves. In 2015, they worked as an Intramural Referee at Butler University, officiating and maintaining intramural games while continuously improving their skills and knowledge.

In 2016, Maggie worked as a Customer Service Representative at Kohl's Department Stores for a brief period before joining CapThat, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer. As the COO, they managed records of received orders, handled shipping and handling, and maintained customer contact through the company email.

Following their role at CapThat, Maggie gained experience as a Hostess Server at Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, where they provided excellent service to guests. Later, they interned at Anthem as a Medicaid Service Intern, taking charge of onboarding new associates and assisting with administrative duties to support the department.

Maggie's journey continued at Eight Eleven Group, starting as a Corporate Accounting Associate in 2018. Over the years, they progressed to positions such as Corporate Accounting Professional and Southeastern Regional Accounting Lead. Currently, they hold the role of NSP & Client Care Lead, demonstrating their expertise in NSP and client care responsibilities.

Maggie K. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare and Business from Butler University between 2014 and 2018.
