Joseph Trinh

Joseph Trinh has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, having served in key roles across multiple organizations. From April 2012 to September 2019, Joseph held the position of Chief Talent Partner and Head of Human Resources for Asia at Eight Roads. Additionally, Joseph has been a Board Member at DeltaHealth China since March 2018. Prior roles include Regional Head of Talent and Leadership Development and Functional Head of HR for HK/China at Nationale-Nederlanden (ING Insurance Asia) from August 2010 to April 2012, and Global Head of Talent Management & Leadership Development for Retail & Private Banking at ING from November 2008 to July 2010. Joseph began a career in human resources as VP, HR & Head of Talent Strategy Asia at Lehman Brothers from December 2007 to September 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Applied Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Lethbridge.
