Our Approach
We address the critical skills gap and foundational barriers to employment with a seamless, integrated ecosystem of support.

Eight24 Skills: We bridge the vocational skills gap using immersive VR/AR/XR simulations. Our platform recreates life-like, hands-on training for high-demand trades like HVAC, automotive repair, and plumbing. What makes our approach revolutionary is the integration of AI-powered learning tools that personalize training paths, offer real-time feedback, and allow participants to get confident, highly skilled, and industry-certified in weeks, not years.

Eight24 Rebuild: We remove foundational barriers by providing crucial, practical support. This includes reliable transportation and temporary, supportive housing for eligible participants, so they can focus fully on their training and employment without fear of instability.

What makes us different:

✅ We interview 50-100 L&D buyers BEFORE building solutions (so we know what you actually need)
✅ We involve IT from Day 1 (device mgt, LMS integration, security) ✅ We align training to industry certifications (ASE, EPA, NCCER, OSHA)
✅ We measure competency, not just completion rates

Our founder, Geoff Crawford, spent 3+ years as VP of VR at Vehicles for Change, where he built VR training programs featured on CNN....TWICE!

Now he's building Eight24 to bring that same transformation to organizations nationwide.
