Nayanatara Karunaratne

Nayanatara Karunaratne began their career in 2014 as a Human Resources - Operations for SriLankan Airlines Official. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Executive - Jobs for ikman.lk. In 2020, they joined EIGHT25MEDIA as a Senior Recruiter and Executive - Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring effective completion of organizational recruitment needs, providing prompt and cost effective solutions to source potential candidates, obtaining documents and references, carrying out reference checks, creating company IDs, generating recruitment/HR statistics and other reports, and coordinating/conducting induction programs and onboarding new employees.

Nayanatara Karunaratne has a diverse educational background. Nayanatara has obtained a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in 2021-2022, a Professional Qualification in Human Resource from the same institute in 2014-2017, a Certificate Course in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institute in 2014, a Foundation Course in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institute in 2014, and a Chartered Qualification in Human Resources from the same institute in 2021. Additionally, they attended Ave Maria Convent for Business/Commerce, General. Nayanatara has also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, namely HR as a Business Partner and Human Resources Foundations, both obtained in March 2022.
