Sandunika B. has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Sandunika began their career in 2011 as a Coordinator to AGM Operations at The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC (PQ 180). In 2012, they moved to Melstacorp Limited as Secretary to General Manager HR. In 2014, they joined DISTILLERIES COMPANY OF SRI LANKA PLC as an HR Assistant, where they assisted/coordinated the recruitment process, prepared and maintained personal files, and updated HRIS. In 2016, Sandunika worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Kaizen Plus SKD Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for understanding detailed profiles/job roles and sourcing suitable candidates. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at E25Media as a Senior Executive Human Resources/HR Business Partner and HR Executive. Most recently, they were a Human Resources Lead at EIGHT25MEDIA.

Sandunika B. completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of West London between 2018 and 2019. From 2016 to 2017, they obtained a National Diploma in Training and Development (NDTHRD) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Sandunika also completed a Human Resources Management Course at the same institute between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, Sandunika B. obtained a Certificate Course in Human Resources Management and a Foundation Course in Human Resources Management and Services from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in 2012. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate course in Secretariat Practices from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM). Lastly, they obtained a Certificate in English (Intermediate 01 & 02) from the British School Colombo in 2010-2011. Sandunika B. also holds a PQHRM certification.
