Shahar Yar Javed

Shahar Yar Javed has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shahar Yar began their career in 2008 as a Customer Services Officer at Zong CMPak Ltd and steadily worked their way up to become a Sales Analyst and then a WFM Analyst in the Customer Services department. In 2013, they joined the Interactive Group of Companies, where they served as a Project Controller in the PMO and later as a Project Manager in Business Development & Solutions. In 2015, they moved to S&P Global Market Intelligence as an Analyst Sales Operations (Lead) in the Sales Operations department. Javed then transitioned to MTBC in 2016, first as a Sr. Manager Operations in Global Operations and then as the Head of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Support Services & Revenue Assurance at Eighteen Islamabad, starting in 2018. Overall, Javed has demonstrated expertise in managing operations, leading projects, analyzing sales data, and providing customer support.
