Chris Arokiaraj

Chris Arokiaraj, MBA, has a diverse range of experience in the technology and consulting industry. Chris is currently the Senior Director of Integrations at eightfold.ai, where they lead the Integration/Implementation and Data Engineering practice. In this role, they are responsible for building and delivering integrations for customers using Python and ATS APIs. Chris works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive integration and implementation roadmap.

Prior to their current role, Chris worked at Jobvite as the Director of Integrations, where they headed the Integration practice and delivered integrations between Jobvite and customer HCM/HRIS systems. Chris selected the Integration Platform Mulesoft and built a strong integration team to handle complex HRIS integrations.

Before Jobvite, Chris was employed at Oracle as a Senior Consulting Services Manager, leading the post-sales Technical Solution Architect/Delivery team. Chris assisted customers in implementing the Taleo suite of products and was responsible for revenue and margin forecasting. Chris also handled customer delivery issues escalations.

Earlier in their career, Chris held various roles at Taleo, including Manager of Technical Implementation Services and Principal Consultant/Manager. Chris led teams to implement Compensation solutions for customers and managed offshore delivery teams for technical integration solutions. Chris also worked with cross-functional teams to develop standard integration tools for customer ease of implementation.

Chris started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Silverline Technologies and later worked as an Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated their expertise in integrations, technical solution architecture, and team management. Their experience spans across different companies and industries, showcasing their adaptability and ability to deliver complex solutions for customers.

Chris Arokiaraj, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on computers from Bharathidasan University in 1996. They also completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university in 1996.
