Deepali Saxena

Deepali Saxena has a robust experience in product management and customer experience leadership, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Eightfold since December 2017, where previous roles included Principal Product Manager and Product Lead. Saxena's prior experience includes significant positions at Jabong as Head of Customer Experience-Operations, where a focus on customer acquisition and retention was achieved through cross-functional initiatives, and at Snapdeal as Program Manager-Strategy, which involved enhancing prepaid order transactions and implementing an omni-channel strategy. Earlier career roles included consulting and strategy analysis at EY, Deutsche Bank, and Deloitte Consulting, as well as research internships at Louisiana Tech University and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
