Gaurav Vishwakarma is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data analytics, technical support, and software engineering. Currently serving as Manager of the Technical Support Team (APAC) at Eightfold since January 2020, Gaurav previously held roles at Jobvite as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer Data Analyst, focusing on Customer Success Analytics & Data Migration projects within Application Tracking Systems. Gaurav's experience includes data analytics positions at HARMAN International and Symphony Teleca, where expertise in ETL tools like Informatica and Talend, coupled with proficiency in databases including MSSQL and MySQL, was developed. A Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology was earned from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, from 2009 to 2013.
