Heather Dunn Navarro

Heather Dunn Navarro is an accomplished legal professional specializing in product, privacy, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Eightfold since August 2025, Heather previously held the role of VP, Deputy General Counsel at Amplitude, where responsibilities included leading product and privacy functions and advising on responsible AI/ML development and governance. Prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Product & Privacy at Ellie Mae, developing legal strategies for a highly-regulated fintech, and a Senior Corporate Counsel at Cooley LLP, where Heather managed complex litigation matters. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
