Pavan Kumar G K

Pavan Kumar G K has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Pavan began their career as a Recruiter at Y.S. Consulting in 2006 and worked there until 2007. Pavan then joined Juniper Networks as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed talent acquisition for various product groups and led the University Recruiting program. In 2017, Pavan joined Akamai Technologies as a Senior Manager in Recruiting, where they worked for four years. Currently, they are with Eightfold as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for leading a global team and developing scalable processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pavan Kumar G K holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International in 2018.
