Sonya Miller

Sonya Miller began their work experience as an HR Manager for several states at IBM in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an HR Director for the NE Area HR Team at IBM. In 2013, they became an HR Director for the senior vice president of IBM Marketing & Communications, leading HR efforts across the business unit and corporate marketing & communications matrix. From 2014 to 2018, they served as an HR Director for various departments at IBM, including Transformation and Operations and IBM Security & CISO. In 2021, Sonya joined Diebold Nixdorf as an HR Vice President, specifically focused on software and growth. Currently, they are the Vice President of People Operations at Eightfold, where they contribute to the company's mission of finding the right career for everyone using their Talent Intelligence Platform.

Sonya Miller has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Finance from Syracuse University. Sonya also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
