Lucinda Tay

Lucinda Tay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and project management, currently serving as the Principal of Environments at Eight Inc. since 2004. In this role, Lucinda leads diverse teams to create innovative experiential solutions, focusing on client objectives and customer needs. Notable projects include the Lincoln Virtual Experience and the introduction of "The Lincoln Way," enhancing customer interaction in China. Prior to this, Lucinda held the position of Studio Director of Environments, establishing Eight Inc.'s Asia office and developing experiences for prominent clients like Shimano and Citibank. Lucinda's career began with architectural internships at the San Francisco Department of Public Works and Kwan Henmi Architects, contributing to significant public projects. Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with a minor in Sustainable Environments.
