Thomas Wilkerson

Thomas Wilkerson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Experience at Brightwell since September 2023 and previously the Senior Vice President of Experience at EightTwenty since September 2020, Thomas has held various roles at Heartland Payment Systems from November 2011 to September 2019, including Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Sales Operations. Thomas's expertise includes leading communication initiatives, overseeing training and corporate recruiting, and implementing strategic improvements within sales organizations. Earlier career roles include customer representative, designer, installer at FireFly Outdoor Living and managing a ropes challenge course at Kiamichi Baptist Assembly.
