Olaf Aarseth Berge

Olaf Aarseth Berge is currently the Head of Software Development at Eika Kapitalforvaltning, leading a team of 17 individuals working in a kanban/scrum hybrid fashion to develop and maintain digital solutions for the company. Olaf also holds the title of Engineering Manager at Eika Kapitalforvaltning & CRM, overseeing the provision of Microsoft CRM services to stakeholders within the Eika group. With a background in programming and networks, Olaf has worked in various roles in web development and information security, including positions at Norkon Computing Systems and Dagens Næringsliv. Olaf is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Norwegian School of Economics.
