Asier Castilla Varela

Asier Castilla Varela's work experience includes serving as the Industrial Director of the Etxebarria Plant at EIKA starting from February 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Batz S. Coop. from 2004 to 2019, where they held various positions including Tooling Business Manager, Bussines Unit Manager, Knowledge Manager, and Project Manager. Before working at Batz S. Coop., Asier was a Project Manager at A. I. Cromoduro from 2002 to 2004.

Asier Castilla Varela obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea in the years 1995 to 2000. Asier then pursued further studies and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2014 to 2015 at the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. In between, from 2000 to 2002, they attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Hydraulique et Mechanique de Grenoble, where they obtained their degree in Mechanical Engineering.
