Robin Schipper

Senior Optical Engineer at Eikon Therapeutics

Robin Schipper has a diverse work experience in the fields of optical engineering, research, and academia. They are currently working as an Optical Engineer at Eikon Therapeutics since July 2022. Before that, Robin served as a Research Associate II at Viridos from November 2021 to May 2022. They have also worked at California State University, Northridge, where they held two positions. As a Graduate Research Assistant from June 2019 to June 2021, Robin presented the first impedance spectroscopy of ionic fluid in a graphene nanogap environment, exploring quantum tunneling properties for accurate study of DNA molecules. As an Undergraduate Researcher from August 2018 to May 2019, they investigated circumstellar planetary debris disks and analyzed their spectral energy distributions to understand dust spatial distribution, chemical composition, and evolution.

Robin Schipper completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics at California State University, Northridge from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the same university in 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Robin Schipper also acquired a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2021.
