Herman Alec Franz is an experienced professional in the maintenance and electrical sectors, currently serving as a Supervisor at Eilbeck Cranes since January 2020, responsible for quoting, parts ordering, and maintenance planning. Previously, Herman held the positions of Service Technician and Electrician at Gilmac PTY Ltd from August 2015 to December 2019, where responsibilities included new electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs. Herman also served as Maintenance Manager at Bayfibre from July 2009 to January 2015, overseeing all maintenance aspects within electrical, mechanical, and IT domains.
