Blair Silverman

Blair Silverman has a strong background in e-commerce and digital experience. They began their career at Lord & Taylor as an Assistant Buyer in 2004 before transitioning to a role as a Merchandising Manager. In 2007, they joined Saks Fifth Avenue as a Merchandising Manager for Saks.com, eventually being promoted to Senior Site Merchandising Manager. In 2013, Blair joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an E-commerce Manager and later became the Director of E-commerce. In 2016, they joined EILEEN FISHER, INC. as the Director of Digital Experience and eventually took on the role of Senior Director of Digital Experience & Head of E-commerce. Currently, Blair holds the position of Vice President of E-commerce at EILEEN FISHER, INC.

Blair Silverman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International/Global Business from Binghamton University School of Management from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, during the same period, Blair also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Binghamton University.
