Darcy O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the design and media industry. They started their career as a Full-time Research Intern at The Late Show With David Letterman in 2009. Later, they worked as a Full-time Art Intern at Women's Health Magazine, where they assisted with image research and coordination. In 2009, they also worked as an Art Department Researcher for the film "Knight & Day," conducting research and creating visual inspiration boards.

In 2010, Darcy worked as a Freelance Production Assistant in the commercial and film industry, providing critical production and coordination support for various projects. They then joined Redux Pictures as a Digital Operations Assistant, responsible for managing the company blog, website, and photo editing tasks.

In 2011, Darcy worked as a Production Coordinator at Landov Media, handling email production, marketing, and client relations. Later that year, they joined EILEEN FISHER, INC. as a Digital Designer and progressed to become a Senior Digital Designer and then a Senior UI Designer. In May 2022, Darcy took on the role of Design Director at EILEEN FISHER, INC.

Prior to these roles, Darcy worked as a Freelance Digital Designer for both UNIQLO and their own freelance graphic and web design business. In 2012, they were a Production Designer at Fab.com.
