Rick Eckert is currently the Managing Director of Slot Performance & Analytics at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC. Prior to that, Rick was a Senior Analyst in Slot Analytics & Operations at MGM Resorts International. Rick has a background in various roles within the gaming industry, including as a Slot Attendant at FireKeepers Casino Hotel and as an Analyst in Slot Operations at Excalibur Hotel & Casino/Luxor Hotel & Casino. Additionally, Rick has experience working in Front Office Agent at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and as a Banquet Server, Trainer, and Bartender at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
