Marcus Gurfeldt

Marcus Gurfeldt is an experienced fastighetsanalytiker at Einar Mattsson AB since August 2018, contributing significantly to the management of a family-owned real estate company valued at approximately 20 billion SEK. Responsibilities include acquisition analyses, property valuations, project monitoring, and the preparation of various reports and proposals for the management and board. Additionally, support is provided to the CFO regarding the company’s liquidity and financing needs. Prior to this role, Marcus worked as a lånehandläggare at Nordea from June 2012 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting, Valuation & Financial Management from Handelshögskolan i Stockholm (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University (2013-2016).
