... Freitag is the owner of LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU GmbH, where they support individuals, teams, and organizations in development and sustainable value creation. With a rich background in the arts and business, Freitag previously served as the founding executive director of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the artistic director of the German National Theatre in Almaty, Kazakhstan. As a coach, they have guided over a hundred executives and facilitated nearly 1,000 teams globally, being fluent in multiple languages. Freitag's ongoing education includes training as a systemic therapist, further enhancing their expertise in coaching and therapy.
