Sabine Mlnarsky

Sabine Mlnarsky currently serves as a Vorstandsmitglied at Commerzbank AG since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mlnarsky was the Head of Human Resources at Erste Group from October 2016 to December 2022, overseeing HR management for Erste Holding and its subsidiaries, with a focus on talent management, development, and labor relations. Between November 2013 and September 2016, Mlnarsky held the position of VP HR Management at Austrian Airlines, responsible for the HR management of 6,400 employees, including leadership development and compensation. Mlnarsky began their career at Erste Bank, serving from June 2001 to October 2013 as Bereichsleitung HR Management and Senior Expert HR, managing HR for 5,000 employees and providing expertise on labor law and HR projects. Mlnarsky holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Juristische Fakultät Wien, completed between 1992 and 1998.
