Sudhakar Rompicharla has over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. Sudhakar began their career in 1994 as a Sr Design Engineer at Dilip Electronics, where they were actively involved in the Product Development Life Cycle in designing and developing industrial instrumentation products based on Microcontrollers, RTD, TCD, and LVDT. Sudhakar also provided indigeneous solutions of electronic parts/modules which were obsolete by OEM and made existing systems running in the industries. Sudhakar designed and developed solutions for various clients such as NTPC, ECIL, FCI, SAIL- Rourkela Steel Plant, Tata Hindalco- UP, Khel Gaon- STPP, and Vindhyachal- STPP. In 2004, they moved to Infronics Systems Ltd. as a Project Manager -Technology. Finally, in 2014, they were appointed as Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Einsite.

Sudhakar Rompicharla's education history includes a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (1999-2002). Sudhakar also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from CR Polytechnic, Chilakaluripet (1989-1993), an Intermediate in MPC from S.C.V.S. Junior College, Chilakaluripet (1987-1989), and an SSC from R.V.S.C.V.S. High School, Chilakaluripet (1986-1987). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from various institutions, including Programming the 8051, emphasis on 'C' from SPJ Systems, Pune (2002), ESD Control in Electronics Industry from CETE, Hyderabad (2010), Embedded Systems from Engineering Staff College of India, Hyderabad (2008), Mobile Communications from Engineering Staff College of India, Hyderabad (2008), Repair and Maintenance of Microcontroller based systems from CETE, Hyderabad (2001), Micro controller Applications from CETE, Hyderabad (1999), Part time Course on Micro processor Applications from CETE, Hyderabad (1999), and Surface Mount Techniques from ETDC, Hyderabad (1996).
