Maria McCall

Maria McCall joined Einstein Healthcare Network in October 2019 as Vice President of Healthcare Services responsible for the operation and growth of Einstein’s Cardiothoracic, Cardiology, Digestive Disease and Transplant, Urology, and Orthopedic service lines.

A seasoned healthcare leader with proven experience in service-line growth and development, McCall’s expertise includes business development and strategic planning, physician integration and alignment, quality assurance and performance, and employee engagement.

McCall joined Einstein from Trinity Health in Langhorne, PA, where she served as Service Line Administrator for the Oncology Division responsible for the development and achievement of the oncology service line’s strategic objectives. Earlier in her career, McCall served as Senior Administrative Director for Surgery and Medical Specialties at Crozer-Keystone Health Network in Springfield, PA; Senior Director of Clinical Services at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia; and Operations and Compliance Manager for Solid Organ Transplant at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

McCall earned a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University. She is also a graduate of the United States Presidential Management Fellowship program, a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
