Abigail Ball

Abigail Ball is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at EIP since March 2021, following a progression from HR Specialist in Employee Development. Prior to EIP, Abigail was with Leidos from June 2017 to March 2021, where roles included Talent Business Partner and Talent Development Advisor, in addition to HR Administrator specializing in Performance, Talent, and Engagement. Abigail has also held a temporary role as HR Research Placement at Defence Equipment & Support and fulfilled roles at Marks and Spencer as a Customer Assistant and at E.ON UK as a Digital Analyst in Learning and Development. Abigail’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a First-Class BA (Hons) in Business and Human Resource Management, complemented by ongoing studies towards a Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification.
