Deirdre Ryan

Deirdre Ryan currently serves on the Member Board of Directors at First Tech Credit Union since December 2024. With extensive experience in human resources and reward management, Deirdre has held the position of Head of Reward at eir Ireland since April 2016, contributing to various roles including Interim Head of Reward and Reward Consultant. Prior to eir, Deirdre was the AVP of Total Rewards for EMEA at State Street from August 2008 to April 2016 and worked as a Reward Consultant at Watson Wyatt from May 2007 to August 2008. Deirdre began a career in compensation and benefits as a Specialist at Oracle from May 2004 to May 2007. Educationally, Deirdre holds a degree from the National College of Ireland, which was completed between 1997 and 2001.
