Khizer Hayat

Khizer Hayat is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in design, engineering, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Electrical Engineer at Petrofac since September 2019, Khizer oversees electrical design and client coordination for multiple projects. Prior roles include Director of Technical Services & Business Development at The Fabricator and Electrical Consultant at PetroChina International Iraq FZE. Experience also includes positions at Schneider Electric Pakistan, where leadership of a team focused on transmission and distribution, and at Deem Co. for Contracting, specializing in high-voltage transmission line design and commissioning. Khizer’s foundational experiences began at Advance Engineering and Research Organization, involving preventive maintenance and testing of electrical systems. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, along with multiple degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
