Albert Hummel

Mr. Albert Hummel has served as a member of the Board of Directors since the Company’s inception. Mr. Hummel is a managing partner of Albrekca LLC, an asset management company. Mr. Hummel previously was the Chief Executive Officer of Obagi Medical Products, a specialty pharmaceutical company, until Obagi was acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals International in 2013. Prior, Mr. Hummel served as Chief Executive Officer of Cobrek Pharmaceutical Inc., a drug development company. Previously, Mr. Hummel was on the Board of Anterios until its acquisition by Allergan. Mr. Hummel also served as a Director of Actavis Pharmaceuticals from 1986 until 2013. Mr. Hummel has a BS from St. Joseph’s University and an MBA from Indiana University.
