Paul Gibson

Paul Gibson has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Paul began their career as an Apprentice Printer/Printer at Sci-Print in 1989, where they completed a four-year apprenticeship in Lithographic printing and platemaking.

In 1994, they joined Chesapeake Pharmaceutical Packaging as a Print Team Leader and held that position until 1998. During this time, they gained valuable leadership skills in overseeing print operations.

Paul then worked at manroland Gb Ltd from 1998 to 2007, where they started as a manroland Print Instructor. Paul was responsible for commissioning new presses, troubleshooting, and delivering printer training. Paul also provided technical support to the sales team, carried out presentations, and exhibited presses at national and international trade shows.

From August 2007 onwards, Paul established their own company, Gibson Engineering, which operated as a shared resource to MRGB & MR IRL. Paul worked on a contract basis as a Print Instructor and Consumable Advisor. Paul'srole involved installing and demonstrating a full range of manroland sheetfed presses worldwide. Paul also worked with used machinery dealers to install and demonstrate presses globally.

In 2017, Paul joined Eirtech Aviation Services Ltd. as the Senior VP Sales - Solutions & America's. Later, they became the Head of Sales, a role they currently hold.
