Anastasiia Khait has extensive work experience, starting with an internship as a Java Trainee at EIS Ltd in 2019. Anastasiia then joined the company as a Business Analyst in June 2019, where they played a key role in eliciting and defining business and functional requirements for the Billing domain. Anastasiia collaborated with stakeholders to document business requirements and ensured alignment with program goals. In February 2021, Anastasiia was promoted to the role of Senior Business Analyst, where they mentored and trained new team members, collaborated with solution architects and designers, and created detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentation. Anastasiia is currently working at EIS Ltd as a Product Owner, responsible for managing the development and delivery of company products. Prior to their time at EIS Ltd, Anastasiia worked at Leader Sport Ltd as a Project Manager, where they managed teams, coordinated events, and oversaw day-to-day operations of the club. Anastasiia also held the role of Lead Project Manager, where they developed policies and procedures, managed budgets, and maintained relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Anastasiia Khait completed their Master's degree in Economic Strategies in Sport and Tourism from Université Grenoble Alpes in the year 2014. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in International Economic Relations from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their education, Anastasiia has also obtained several certifications. Anastasiia completed the "Product Management: Mastering Product Roadmaps 2023" certification from Udemy in March 2023. In January 2021, they completed two certifications from Udemy: "Business Analysis Modeling Skills & Techniques" and "Business Analysis: Working with Use Cases." In April 2020, they obtained the certification "User Story Masterclass: Your In-Depth Guide to User Stories" also from Udemy. Prior to that, in April 2019, Anastasiia completed the "Java Development Extreme Course" from EIS Ltd.
