Dustin Marson

Dustin Marson has a diverse work experience spanning various creative roles. Dustin began their career as a Marketing Communications Graphic Designer at Posi Lock Puller, Inc. in 2000 and then worked as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at TCF Bank from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined BIC Graphic North America as a Production Artist.

From 2005 to 2008, Dustin served as the Lead Graphic Designer for UPI and also took on the role of Operations Manager for Wide Format Printing and Unitech divisions. Dustin demonstrated their expertise in brand identity systems, product catalogs, and web design during this time.

In 2008, Dustin joined SAS as a Lead Graphic Designer/Web Designer, where they played a crucial role in designing and maintaining the company's website and leading graphic design projects. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Bosch, contributing to the marketing team's strategy while designing print and digital assets for various Bosch divisions.

Dustin then joined Siteimprove as a Multimedia Manager/Digital Marketing Manager from 2014 to 2016. Dustin was responsible for accessibility compliance, search engine optimization, and various other marketing initiatives. Dustin also managed a global team of designers and external vendors.

From 2016 to the present, Dustin has been working at VIAVI Solutions as the Senior Visual Brand Manager/Creative Director. In this role, they have been responsible for establishing corporate brand guidelines, streamlining the creative process, managing creative resources, and providing creative direction to their team.

In addition to their professional experience, Dustin Marson also established their own graphic design business, Dustin Marson Graphic Design, in 2002. Currently, they serve as the Director of Brand and Creative at EIS Ltd.
